Airside ID Pass

Obtaining an Airside ID Pass requires a lot of work. The ID Centre at each airport require an ID Pass application form supported by a five year career history with any career gaps greater than 28 days covered by Revenue and Customs records or personal referees and a Basic Disclosure (criminal record check). This is a time consuming process and each airport owner has a different set of reference templates that have to be used in the correct way or they will be rejected by the ID Centre when the application is made.

Our computerised systems contain the reference templates for each airport and our staff are trained to use them in the correct way. It is easy to send references but tracking and chasing them is very time consuming. Our automated systems tell us when to chase and store a copy of the documents ready for submission to the authorised signatory in your company. Some ID Centres require original documents others will accept copies as long as they have your logo on them.

To simplify this process we provide your applicants with an online application form or alternatively we can provide you with paper application forms if you don't have your own. When the reference checks are complete we provide you with a professional candidate report that contains:

  • Five year history checks with employment, self employment, educational and benefits references
  • Revenue and customs records to help cover gaps in the career history
  • Character references to cover gaps over 28 days
  • Basic Disclosure (criminal record check)
  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of address
  • Right to Work (if you require it)

All of this for a very competitive cost and we offer discounts for volume. Please contact us by email at solutions@vetting.co.uk or call us on 08456 435 836
